Car Rental Terms and Conditions
Terms: Key Highlights
- A. Minimum age: 21 years (Sports and luxury cars: 23+ years).
- B. You must return your rental car with the same level of fuel you picked it up with.
- C. Return without car washing will result in a penalty.
- D. Smoking in our vehicles will result in a significant penalty.
- E. In the event of a scratched wheel, the Hirer is obligated to pay for the alignment, balancing, polishing, and restoration.
To conclude the contract you will need:
- A. International driving license.
- B. Deposit (the deposit amount depends on the driving license period, full years and make and model of the car).
- C. Copy of the international passport.
Payment for the car:
- A. Bank card: VISA, MasterCard, Electron. The card must be registered and belong to the person signing the contract.
- B. Cash is accepted for payment of rental, in USD & EURO, as well as in local currency MAD.
- C. Payment for the deposit is accepted only by a registered bank card belonging to the person concluding the contract! The amount on your card is blocked for 21 days. At the end of the period, the presence of fines for speeding and red light is checked, in the absence of fines, the deposit amount is returned to your card.
Comprehensive Insurance Law in Morocco
- In the event of an accident where you are not at fault, you must fill out a form provided by the competent authorities (friendly examination). No charges will be applied to you.
- In the event of a minor accident where you are at fault, you must pay for the repair costs.
- If you are directly responsible for an accident with severe damage, you must pay a deductible of 5% of the vehicle’s value.
- In case of an accident while intoxicated, the insurance is voided and you are liable for all expenses.

- En cas d’accident où vous n’êtes pas responsable, vous devez remplir un constat amiable établi par les autorités compétentes. Aucun frais ne vous sera facturé.
- En cas d’accident mineur où vous êtes responsable, vous devez couvrir les frais de réparation.
- Si vous êtes directement responsable d’un accident avec des dommages graves, vous devez payer une franchise de 5% de la valeur du véhicule.
- En cas d’accident sous l’influence de l’alcool, l’assurance est annulée et vous devez couvrir tous les frais.

- في حالة وقوع حادث و لم تكن سبب في الحادث يجب عليك ملأ ورقة من طرف دوي الإختصاص ( المعاينة الودية ) ما ينحسب عليك شيئ
- في حال وقوع الحادت يجب عليك دفع مصاريف الإصلاح
- في حالة وقوع الحادث وكنت سبب المانت الضاح بثفة يجب عليك دفع نسبة التحمل 5% من قيمة السيارة
- في حال وقع الحادث و أنت سكران يلغى التأمين و تتحمل جميع المصاريف
